Witch Hunt is a small business and items are dispatched by me personally from the United Kingdom. Please keep this in mind.
Dispatch takes 1-2 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping is not tracked as standard. If you would like tracked shipping please be sure to add tracking at checkout. I don't have any insight into where your package may be in transit once I have given it to Royal Mail.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. The item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
